Note: You will need a resistance band kit to complete this program! The 4 Week Resistance Band Program is the perfect beginning program for at home fitness. The only equipment needed is a resistance band kit (additional band attachments are not required but help change things up). The kits utilize doors and their frames to secure the bands at different heights required for different exercises. Make sure you have enough room (about 8 feet or more) to perform the exercises.
